Production:
Gin made from high-quality English grain subjected to three distillation processes. The following botanical ingredients have been used in its production: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, orris root powder, liquorice root powder, cassia bark, sweet almond peel, sweet orange, and Buddha's hand.
Tasting Notes:
On the nose, intense and delicate aromas are found, with predominant citric notes from Buddha’s hand and sweet orange, accompanied by spicy and earthy notes from the seeds, highlighting the juniper and the cardamom, which are enveloped by a finish of floral notes of orange blossom. On the palate, special citrus notes are expressed, leaving soft memories and a very pleasant persistence. Very elegant, fragrant and persistent in a Gin & Tonic.
Serving suggestion::
As the protagonist in a classic Gin & Tonic, it presents itself as an exquisite and subtle Gin, clearly expressing the delicate aromatical notes stemming from the botanicals in which the citruses stand out.
It is specially recommended to add a bit of Buddha’s hand zest. It also makes for an exquisite gin in new Gin & Tonic variations that include, for example, cucumber, juniper berries or liquorice.
